Capora asks only when you start a capture. Open System Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then Screen & System Audio Recording, and enable Capora.

Camera and microphone
Enable camera or microphone from the Demo input strip. macOS asks for each permission the first time that input is used.
Captions
Use Apple on-device speech first. Video Studio also supports an optional local model pack when you prefer a downloadable transcription engine.
Local files
Captures and project files stay on your computer. Reveal a capture from Recent Captures or open the Capture Library from the menu-bar item.
